UPVC / PVC pipe could be used as electric wire conduit pipe, water supply and water drainage pipes, etc.
The production procedure is to mix PVC resin, CACO3 and other addtives according to formula in high speed mixer, then feed mixed material to the conical twin screw extruder, with different diameter molds, through the vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutting, then stacker or belling machine to enlarge one end of the pipe for connection.
We could offer 20-63mm double pipe extrusion line and 16-630mm single PVC pipe extrusion line.
