Working Flow (two float washing tank washing line for example)
--- Belt conveyor: feeding the plastic film/bags into the crusher. If there is any scrap metal inside the material, semi-auto metal detector is suggested.
--- PC-series crusher: with water, crush plastic film/bags into small size (size is adjusted as buyer request)
--- Friction washing loader machine: friction washing the material and loading out the material
--- Floating washing tank: washing out the sand, soil and dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: loading the material to the next step
--- Horizontal friction washing dewatering machine: with high rotary speed washing out dirty and remove dirty water
--- Floating washer tank: washing out the dirty from the material
--- Friction washing loader machine: friction washing the material and loading out the material
