UPVC / PVC pipe could be used as electric wire conduit pipe, water supply and water drainage pipes, etc. 

The production procedure is to mix PVC resin, CACO3 and other addtives according to formula, then feed mixed material to the conical twin screw extruder, with different diameter molds, through the vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutting, then stacker or belling machine to enlarge one end of the pipe for connection.

We could offer 20-63mm double pipe extrusion line and 16-630mm single PVC pipe extrusion line.

Product Parameters

PVC high speed mixer 
Vertical type 
Double speed motor or with inverter for speed control
For mixing PVC, CACO3 powder with additives according to formula. After mixing in hot mixer to reached temperature, it will auto discharge to cooling mixer.
The mixed material could be feed into connical twin screw extruder for pipe production. 

 

Conical Twin Screw Extruder
PLC control to show and control real temperature, current, screw rotating speed, etc. 
The conical twin screw and barrel is made of high quality bimetal with nitriding for longer using life. Cast aluminum heaters with stainless steel shell and cooling fans are installed on the barrel. The gearbox is from Chinese famous brand, with low noise, high torque feature. 
The screw rotating speed is controlled by inverter. 

 

PVC Pipe Mold
Installed on the twin screw extruder
with different core molds and mouth molds, and calibration sleeves, we produce produce different diameter PVC pipes with different wall thickness. 
Mold is made of 40Cr, internal runner has hard chrome plating for long using life. Quality heaters are wrapped on the mold for heating. The calibration sleeves are made of copper.

 

Vacuum Calibration Tank
Made of SUS304 stainless steel, high quality stainless steel tubes and nozzles for water spraying cooling.
Powerful vacuum pump will form the round shape of PVC pipes.

Haul Off Machine
2 Claw, 3 Claw, 4 Claw, 6 Claw, 8 claw pulling caterpillars for different diameter pipes.
Equipped with steel chains and anti-wear rubber blocks for pulling pipes. 
Pneumatic cylinder to control the clamp pressure, strong design claw frame and gearbox (servo motor available) to guarantee stable pulling effect.
Equipped with encoder for pipe length counting. 
 

 

Planetary Cutting Machine
With inverter to control cutting speed
Siemens PLC control auto cutting according to set length
with chamfering blade
Cutting traveling distance and moving speed auto matches the pipe extrusion speed.

Stacker
For collecting cutted PVC pipes
auto discharge the pipes

 

Belling Machine/ Socket Machine
To make U or R shape socket for pipe connection
With single or double oven for heating pipe end for belling
PLC control auto moving pipes, heating, rotating and belling pipes.
