The  plastic squeezer machine is used to dehydrate and agglomerate the crushed washed PE PP film bags, such as agricultural film, packing film, shopping bags, jumbo bags, woven bags, sack bags, raffia materials, etc. 

The plastic squeezer machine has dehydration rate over 95%, and it can reduce about 50% volume of the PE PP film bags materials.

Dewatering method: by screw pressing and squeezing the PE PP film bag materials in alloy barrel, drain the water from the holes on the barrel.

Agglomerating: Heat the PE PP film bags scraps when the materials go through the head and perforate plate mold. The die face hot cutter will cut the material into agglomerated shape.

The material after processed by the plastic squeezer machine will be easily enter the plastic granulating machine to get high output granules.
