This PVC cable trunking machine could also produce other PVC profiles, such as PVC ceiling, rain gutter, PVC flooring, PVC fence, PVC window profile etc.  To produce different profiles, the relative profile molds are necessary.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder
For install the extrusion mold. The double screw and barrel will melting and mix the material, then extrud through the mold.


Vacuum Calibration Table
for install the calibration mold, with water pump and vacuump pump. The vacuum calibration table could cool the trunking profile and keep the trunking profile in exact required shape.

Haul Off and Cutting Machine

Usually the haul off machine and cutting machine will be built into one combination machine. The haul off machine is equipped with inverter to adjust haul off speed. The cutting machine could auto cut the profile into set length, such as 6m per pc.
